The Quality Assurance Manager is appointed as the Management Representative and is responsible to ensure that the quality management system is implemented and maintained in accordance with the company’s Quality System Manual and ensuring that there is awareness in the customer’s requirements and satisfaction throughout the organization.

He has the organizational freedom to ensure that the requirements described in the company’s Quality System Manual are effectively implemented, communicated and reviewed in various levels of the organization. This shall be through indoctrination, continuing training, regular meetings and introduction of any preventive or corrective actions to improve and update the quality management system to new developments and assure for customer satisfaction.
